At Ring a Bell we always remember that we have been entrusted with the very important task of capturing all the precious moments from our clients’ weddings. We have filmed, photographed and edited over 80 weddings to date, as well as having plenty of separate experience in the industry – including work on Documentary programmes for BBC Two and Channel 4. But most importantly, we have received lots of glowing praise when it comes to providing first class wedding videos and photos. Please note that we always use industry standard equipment to provide a superior and fitting presentation of your special day.

Step 1. Complete form in Book Online link at top of the screen. Alternatively, call or email us directly.

Step 2. Receive an availability reply from us within 48 hours.

Step 3. If we are available, a £100 (non-refundable) deposit must be sent to the recipient details provided in the email invoice, in order to secure your chosen date. Deposit can be forwarded via PayPal (£3 charge due to 3% PayPal service charge) or bank transfer (no extra charge).

Step 4. Ring a Bell will contact you again to arrange a convenient consultation slot.

Step 5. Sit back, safe in the knowledge you have made the right choice regarding a wedding videographer and/or photographer for your special day. (The full balance must be paid 21 days prior to the event).

Yes absolutely, providing travel fees and other appropriate expenses are covered. Please get in touch for more information.

You will receive an electronic copy of the finished presentations via email. Simply open the Google Drive link to watch and even download your day in high resolution 1080p. It will then be posted to you on a personalised USB, as well as an online copy (can be privately listed on request) which you can share with family and friends. Extra USBs and High Definition DVDs can also be provided on request. All of which will be edited to a professional standard with accompanying music. We do not play music over the speeches or ceremony.

10 to 12 weeks after the wedding day for a Feature Length film, 8 to 10 weeks for a Ceremony film, 4 weeks for a Trailer, and 10 to 12 weeks for Photos. However, factors such as heavy bookings or unlikely system failure can effect delivery dates in some cases. Supplying our clients with a quality presentation is our up-most priority.

We fully understand and empathise with this. We are able to film and photograph in a subtle and discreet manner, while capturing all the days highlights effectively at the same time. Our experience has taught us that most couples and guests prefer a more unobtrusive style of filming, therefore we do not use boom micraphones or large bulky cameras. Instead we use smaller-scale premium quality filming equipment.

Providing our clients with a superior quality video and photo presentations is always our focus. If we thought for a single moment that using more camera operators would provide our clients a better presentation, then we would not hesitate to film and photograph that way.

We have tried using over two camera operators, and from experience it does not provide any positive advantage. More than two cameramen can be obtrusive and off-putting to your guests and the end result is certainly not an improved video or photo presentation.

We use multiple high definition cameras along with top quality filming and photography equipment to capture every scene to the best possible effect. Our intensive and methodical editing skills then bring the whole presentation together to produce a truly fitting reminder of your special day.

If you truly wish to capture your special day, along with the energy and emotions that surround it, it is essential to experience this through film, as opposed to just still imagery.

In comparison, film enables a more absorbing presentation of the day as it happened: Your voices when exchanging vows, the smiles on your guests’ faces, and all the shapes you pull during your first dance!

All of which you can listen to, pause, rewind and re-experience at any time. After the day is done, all you have left is the video and photographs. Years and years down the line you can even look back and see those who are no longer here, having the time of their lives on your special day, and that can only be a priceless memento.

A professional videographer will have the essential knowledge and experience needed to film and edit the event to the best possible standard. There is more to achieving a superior quality wedding video than just pointing the camera at a subject and pushing the record button.

At Ring a Bell we film using professional standard equipment and our experience and training has taught us the right technical skills and shooting angles needed to produce the best possible results. Our professional editing then brings the whole production together.

There is a saying – ‘If you think it’s expensive to hire a professional, wait until you hire an ameteur’. Surely it is not worth cutting corners on such a valuable momento of your special day? The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness that ‘free’ or cheap or offers.
